MANAGING ORGANIZATION PROCESS

People by nature are managers. They are actually formulating and managing their own way sense and self-alliance. Their time, priorities, endeavors and self-consuming wants, all of them are managed on their own. So, when we expect manage, organization and process it would actually deal on steps and acquisition of self-discipline. Far and beyond the spectacle flavors of an organization you have to have the insight of “power do”. The length of discipline to each and every one is to be ordered for you to survive the longer surface of controlling and protecting the lasting existence of your organization.

When we say process it has steps, and in steps there are conditions and pre conditions to lend with. The following are basic managerial steps to promote organized and well managed organization.

1. Know the Root

First you have to believe in the source and cause of why your organization is in that state. Know where, when and why did it started. The history knowing of your organization is a one-way tool to signify that you’re not in a doubt of getting the full force of managing an authority of leading the organization. By this simple step you can start planning how to manage the scope of managing your organization.

Now in the present organization I’m present with, there are major problems which are intend to be in adequate resolution and action, but since the head-top leader on this field doesn’t even know the real situation of the problem, he can’t necessarily point the real score of the where, when and why it started. There’s no accurate willingness of management. This imprudent action leads to fail of further study of any resolutions and solutions on some part of the organization’s problem.

2. Identify Problems

After you have determined its history, then you can now proceed of identifying possible problems in your organization. By identifying them you can have your reflection how to make your company be in harmonious atmosphere and in escalating level of competencies and not in the state of plateau. You can manage your organization when you yourself have the degree of identifying the soul circumstance of your organization. In the long process of adhering tough decisions and encountering, a highly skilled leader and manager in an organization is needed.

As what I have experienced not so lately, we have this kind of chaos matter. We, the employees identify the scope of the problem compared to our leader, our top-head person isn’t that thinker enough and courageous enough to have this initiative of identifying the real stain in our organization. That is why I can say you can’t have a full management aspect if in the first place you don’t know what the problem is.

3. Recognize Problems

Now when you have the identification what went wrong, now is the time to answer any solution with the stains. You should have to have a sensitive sense and heart, through this you can accumulate perpetuation against eruptions in your organization. You can’t fully manage your scope if you yourself are not tamed enough on the deep understanding of your organization’s problem. Managing organization process is some sort of managing the circulation of a certain organization in which this would actually holds problems along the sail of your trail.

If in the first place you can’t even identify the problem, now you can’t even proceed of recognizing it. Still that’s what happened to us now. We are in a state of declination because no sense of responsiveness to those who are in top positions. In short they can’t promote to us their good managing skills because they themselves don’t possess any leadership. One of our major problems today are the forgoing application for college, but since none of them is taking the risk of modifying the corrections and problems for the last semesters, no management at all. The state of probability is in danger now because just to recognize what to do; they don’t have the initiative on it.

4. Solve Problems

When you put a heart in the organization you belong with, you solely have this intense willingness to help it grow and be in the luminosity ambiance. After identifying and recognizing the scope of stains in your organization, you should have to take the initiative of solving it, of escaping it from downfall. If you know how to manage then in the first place you know how to solve certain circumstances and problems. If you can’t have it, if you can hardly solve it, then you are not managing your organizing, you are just merely overseeing it.

Proper actions should be realized in this case. How can you be of a great solution without having a proper recognition of the problem scope? You can barely manage a certain organization if you don’t what is the culprit. Again this happened in the organization I’m present with. They can’t even solve simple problems like faculty scheduling, which is because in the first place they didn’t even know what is the main reason why we end up with that set-up?

5. Evaluation

Next step would be some sort of feedback. How was the manipulation done? How was the strategy then? Is it effective and of great use? There should always be a reflection and evaluation with things done by your organization in order to promote aggressive function stability and if modification is needed then have it so. After doing the above steps you should have to have this next step once in every quarter, monthly or even weekly just to harmonize and organize and have a well-balanced organization.

If there’s no evaluation you can’t be able to understate the true condition of your organization. We’re always conducting meeting in our organization nowadays but it’s quiet hard to understand the reflective action and evaluation in our progress because our top head people were just merely presenting and addressing agenda without closing it in proper closure and clarification regarding on the matter of evaluating its existing progress.

6. Recommendation

When you capture evaluation then you should have to have recommendations for you to be able incorporate the possibilities in the next operations. Managing is not just about dealing problems, it is also a task of advancing your organization to something new and something that would splice in the world of industry and cooperation. That is why you have this thing called “leader attitude” so that in the long run, your managerial stuffs and acquisition should be in a true leadership accent and realization.

In the past 2 semesters, I never encounter this kind of “leader attitude”. Recommendation is a strong tool to infiltrate the massive need of harmonious necessity of our organization. This is the main reason why I can’t believe in true organization management process, because these circumstances. If we only have a true leader then he could possible take those steps ahead.

Finding success can’t be grasped in an instant action. Go to any boundaries, set your desirable thinking to a distinct circumference and adopt changes in your way. There’s no harm upon changing on some opportunities in life. Sometimes this would bring you into full blast accomplishment and highness. When you tend to manage a certain organization you have to consider a lot of expertise and challenges. You can’t be able to sail on big waves if in the first place you can’t sail a ship. To enhance the idea of arranging these simple steps may be of great help on managing organization process, KNOW THE ROOT; IDENTIFY PROBLEMS; RECOGNIZE PROBLEMS; SOLVE PROBLEMS; EVALUATION and RECOMMENDATION.
