HOW TO MOTIVATE EMPLOYEES


When we say energize, invigorate, revitalize and inspire that is how you best accumulate the intensity of “motivation”. Now in some sort of progression being taught as a real person, and a mature well being by someone, non-choleric aptitude should be done constantly and unambiguously. Thus the manifestation of one’s eagerness and willingness captivates the true emotions and deep understanding on how they should act and that their true senses should be touched. Every human hides a render of what we call “shell out after done”. They have this capability of understanding things and making their self be on that thing then gets paid after. So, in forecasting how to motivate employees there should be considerations and in your behalf support should internally pulse the matter.

According to Dennis McCallum before considering how to motivate people, we have to settle two important questions. What is motivation in the Christian context, and what does motivated person look like? For my benevolent understanding and experience, we tend to be motivated in Christ because we believe in His words and teachings. The faith we believed in and the promise that was being paved in us. Now, a person may look like motivated when you see him the action of power. The eyes that always speaking to everybody that we should have to work out and we should have to act now.
When touching people you have to be sensitive enough with their behalf and capacity. You should have to make yourself a mirror to one’s existence. Basing on facts, there are five things which you can carry upon on how to implement motivation towards employees.

1) Inspiration
How can you be of great sense of motivation where in the first place you’re not inspired at all? Many of us keep on demanding to other people with high expectations and not considering any inspiration to them. How would they be inspired if you yourself can’t give any inspired vigour on your behalf? You have to be inspired and keep on inspiring others so that in return good vibes from your employees flocks in you.
Just like what happened in our institution years back when our administrator was so in touched with us. He gave us gifts whenever he can. He works hard to make our school be a college institution. He even works as late as 9:00 o’clock in the evening just to accomplish a certain requirement. He made us feel that he doesn’t care for any additional compensation with the over lapsed over time he undertook, but he was so enthusiast of doing his job as administrator. He’s very loyal enough to malign the necessary works. By then, I myself was so inspired to make myself be capable of the work I have because of the inspiration he showed to us. As Emerson says “Our chief want is someone who will inspire us to be what we know we could be.”

2) Trust
Many undertakings which yourself will be motivated in accumulating strength from other people. When you put yourself to others, you’re more like estimating the compatibleness and comfortableness to them. If you trust your employees you are holding their strength and capabilities and that these would make them feel motivated because you let them feel they’re better off than others and they’re in an uphill statute.
When our company chooses me to be the delegate of certain training in Cebu that made me feel they trust me. They lend their hands to me as a co-existing employee and a trustworthy being, in which I can do a certain thing and I deserved the thing. I was motivated to encapsulate the learning.

3) Expectations
If you trust a person, you are expected to gain good things from them. If you count your employees as trustworthy then you can assure good things from them. There are some instances that other employees can’t be as good as everyone else. Why not the good work they’ve done in your company even a single simple things, be a reflective tool for them to be better for the next time, so by then you will be expecting better from them and which that employee will take a risk to do something big just to have a great output and can provide perhaps a better best in the future. Trust is being held up in this situation. If you entrust workload to your employee then you should have to trust them and expect good things from them. You hire them because you believe in their capacity. No employee would put your company to death if they’re being treated as important as gold. So, believe in their capacity and expect what blast they can do for your company. Expect the less no least. When you believe and expect those employees you have believed in lesser individuality and if you gave them the trust of making something, then they will be providing your company in a no least property because they are motivated with the trust and expectations coming from you. They would think this would be their chance of getting a price. Also, those employees with high qualifications should be understandably getting most credible expectations. These would make them feel better for you throw them far above the ground projects and assignments. You made them feel the high importance in their capacity.
When I first encounter the reloading/unloading of some of our units, and the implementation of the new code MORPHE I was a bit worry because of the less compensation I can probably have. But, when it was explained further I feel motivated because the expectation they gave to us is that we will be receiving salary even during holidays and there would be possibilities of a high compensation for the next school year upon rendering my masters degree credentials and others.

4) Gratitude
The most influential tool in humanity is our imagination. We tend to be in a drastic state of capacity when it comes to imagination, and this would make us feel motivated because we do have forecasting and foreseeing. The sight of an intrusive mind is so elastic to consider when it comes to boundless bliss that is why when you inspire your employees you have to set surprises and lead them what they really want to. A lot of the employees are taking some risks of doing innovative functions just to feed up the satisfaction of their work. Why not be sensitive on that. If you yourself can give enough simple thought gifts even letters, this would somehow make them feel they’re important. Bonuses we say, this would lighten their eyes and nose from their work, because these people are working for the good of your company, so why not pay them back. Another thing, know their wants and needs as employee. Treat them as your own family and have a little embracement to their work field to make them feel they are on your care. Give additional compensation if possible and don’t be too greedy with their return, you shouldn’t be in a state of salary abduction.

Years ago, our administrator is like this. He’s always giving us surprise gifts and freebies. He always extends gratitude to us as employee. He’s in touched with our families; he even let our family join in some of our occasions. He casually gives simple things to us. He simply made us feel we’re one big family.

5) Promised Potential
If you build up inspiration, trust and good expectations to them and you made them feel the kin aspect in their lifeline, you should have to show to them they are next in line. The possible outcome of giving them special force of individuality is an adequate benevolence of putting them into self realization they are of that special potential. Some may say promises are made to be broken, but in this composition, it’s advisable no to break it. Promise should be then an instrument to make your employees be motivated with this stronghold so that they can have the aspect of goal attainment and self vindication of faith and belief in a so called promise. The potentiality of a well being is actually being captivated with exact good promise and exert. The more you gave your employee an assurance in their work the more they would act motivated and precisely activated with their entrust work.

Previous school semesters, I was informed that my compensation would go higher if I would take master’s degree. By then on, I myself keep that assurance of taking my level of compensation stability be in much higher, that is why this time I somehow feel motivated because of this regard, I was being ranked up simultaneously lately.

Certain methodologies will be heard upon implementing the manifestation of how you motivate people, especially your workers and employees. The pattern to which you can posses to them is that, just give them the courage of not limiting your heartfelt exuberant vigor and extend the belongingness of their soul in your company. Just give your heart to them and feel them, because they’re the ones making your company grow and live, so might as well give them the life they deserve to live.
